Configuration:
- Machine use industrial control level PLC control-driven. (EMERSON, AMERICA)
- The display are controled by touch screen (WEI LUN, TAIWAN).
- Transmission are drived and controlled by three Emerson inverters/transducers. 1PCS 0.75KW, 2PCS 0.4KW. (EMERSON, AMERICA)
- Servo motor for feeding the material. (YASKAWA, JAPAN
- Reducer total 3pcs. (Taiwan ADLEEPOWER).
- Unwinder equiped with magnetic tension control.
- Unwinder equiped with two photocells for tracing. EPC auto-correction, and unwinding position correction.
- Photocell for width control
- Tension control: 2.5kw magnetic brake and Rotary Encoder.
- Pneumatic punching. ( ONE KIDNEY PUNCHER)
- Static eliminator make the bag level and Erect clean.
